CANCELLATION POLICY: We
will guarantee your reservation if you guarantee payment.
If you cancel within 14 days prior
to your arrival, your deposit will be refundable less a $25.00
processing fee. Less then 14 day notice you will be charged 50% of
your reserved stay if we can not re-rent your room. All
cancellations will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
