THE BAYFRONT COTTAGE INN & BOATEL has 4
Plus Efficiency Style Suites.
The common dock can accommodate a limited number of guest boats and
you will need to reserve dockage in advance. All units are
air-conditioned and have full kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, coffee makers, cable TV, ceiling fans and private
updated bathrooms with standup showers. Our rooms are very clean and
comfortable and are stocked with everything you would expect to make
your stay with us a wonderful experience.

FAMOUS SUNSET SUITES A&D
Sunset suites A & D are both waterfront and have sliding glass
doors that open directly to the outside patio and dock area.
Both have private balconies with incredible panoramic wide
water views of Matlacha Pass, an aquatic preserve, and
Charlotte Harbor. Water Water Water as far as the eye can see.
Both Suites offer a coveted western exposure insuring our
famous west coast sunsets every night. |

SUNSET SUITE A
Sunset Suite A is waterfront and
accessed by French doors into the living area offering a
comfortable seating area with leather furniture, kitchen and
dinette. Off your living area thru large sliding glass doors is
your own private fenced balcony, also great for families with
younger tots, separated from the main patio area by wooden
railings offering you a private, safe and relaxed atmosphere.
The view here is nothing less than spectacular. The private bedroom is
nicely appointed with two full beds. Note that Suite A can be
directly joined with adjoining room A for families and larger groups
or additional privacy. |

ADJOINING ROOM A
For larger groups and families we offer an
addition to our SUNSET SUITE A. This room allows you to spread
out and relax with an additional double bed and private bath
with stand-up shower. This extra space comes with coffeemaker,
microwave, small refrigerator and seating for two. What better
way to get away from it all. You also have a water view. For a
small additional fee it's a whole lot of peace and privacy, all
connected with double doors to our famous Suite A. |

SUNSET SUITE D
Sunset Suite D is waterfront and
appointed with tropical furnishings with a queen size bed and
queen pull out sofa. The
view from this suite is absolutely incredible and it also has
its own private balcony outside your sliding glass doors for your
enjoyment of the panoramic views and magnificent sunsets. Suite
D offers a full kitchen and dinette. |

WATER ACCESS SUITES B&C
Water access Suites B & C are
interior suites with access and usage of the common
deck and dock. Suite B and C each have a full and twin bed,
separate kitchen and living room areas with a trundle which
“pops” up to a king bed.
EFFICIENCY
The Efficiency is a small
sleeping room which offers a double bed, and private bath, TV,
microwave, coffe maker and small refrigerator. |

THE COMMON AREA AND DOCK
The common area and dock, located just a few
steps outside your back door, is equipped with tables, chairs,
chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas for your relaxation pleasure.
A BBQ grill for the "Catch of the Day". Our 60 foot pier is
convenient for great fishing or just relaxing in tropical
comfort with your favorite beverage.
